The Alabama Talent Triad and EBSCOed say they are proud to announce the addition of Kacey Taylor to the Talent Triad team.
The Alabama Talent Triad fosters collaboration among students, job seekers, employers, education and training providers and policymakers to cultivate a robust skills-based economy that drives economic development and growth opportunities for Alabamians. The organization aims to increase Alabama’s labor force participation rate by streamlining and centralizing access to workforce and education opportunities in a dynamic job marketplace.
As a Community Engagement Specialist, Kacey will play a key role in empowering students, job seekers and employers to leverage the Alabama Talent Triad and discover opportunities that align with their talents.

A mother, grandmother, educator and lifelong learner, Kacey said she understands the challenges of returning to the workforce, even with advanced degrees and certifications.
