The Caroleene Dobson for Congress campaign introduced a new grassroots coalition, “Women for Dobson,” on Monday, rallying support from 345 women across Alabama. The group, composed of local leaders, activists, and newcomers to political involvement, is mobilizing in a last push to get voters to the polls as the campaign nears its final week.
Members of the coalition represent a range of backgrounds, from current and former elected officials to seasoned community organizers and even first-time campaign participants. According to these supporters, Dobson’s commitment to family values and practical solutions has drawn them to her campaign.
Montgomery County Commissioner Ronda Walker, representing District 3, voiced her support, saying, “As women, mothers, and community members, we understand what’s at stake in this election. Caroleene Dobson represents the pro-family values that we know are needed in Congress. She listens to the concerns of women and knows how important it is to have someone in Washington who stands up for our families, our faith, and our future.”
Sallie Garrison, former Eufaula Chamber of Commerce director, echoed these sentiments, citing Dobson’s understanding of local issues and solutions-oriented approach. “I am proud to support Caroleene because I have witnessed firsthand her knowledge of the issues and her commitment to fix them,” Garrison said. “She clearly understands the needs of our district and has the intelligence, energy, and dedication to make a difference. I am thankful she has chosen to run, and I look forward to casting my vote on November 5th.”
Debra Davis, a cattle farmer from Shellhorn, praised Dobson’s genuine care for her constituents. “Caroleene Dobson isn’t just another candidate—she genuinely cares about the challenges we face, whether it’s the rising cost of living or balancing work and family,” Davis said. “I’m proud to support her because she understands our struggles and has the experience and integrity to represent us well in Washington.”
Dobson expressed gratitude for the coalition’s efforts, stating, “The fact that these very busy women are willing to devote their time, energies, and efforts to help my candidacy is humbling. By working together, we can fix the broken system in D.C., prioritize the issues that truly matter to the residents of the Second Congressional District, and bring better days ahead for all Americans.”
As Election Day approaches, the “Women for Dobson” coalition is poised to play a crucial role in Dobson’s campaign, rallying supporters to make their voices heard at the polls on November 5.
