The Herpreneur Network International announced The HER Awards 2024, a prestigious black-tie event honoring influential and impactful women, set to take place on Friday, September 20, 2024, at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel and Spa at the Convention Center. The event will feature a Pink Carpet experience beginning at 6 p.m., with the awards ceremony starting at 7 p.m..

Nineteen women are to receive the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for the first time in Alabama, and 40 awards will be presented celebrating women around the River Region area.

Hosted by Dr. Faye Shaw Jenkins and Charles Brasher and Pink Carpet Host Shaleta Freeman, The HER Awards 2024 will spotlight outstanding women across a variety of categories, including Trailblazer of the Year, Rising Star of the Year, Game Changer of the Year, Business of the Year, and Humanitarian of the Year. For the first time ever in Alabama, 19 women will receive the prestigious Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, recognizing their dedication and extraordinary contributions to society.

“We are excited to bring this powerful event to Montgomery and celebrate the exceptional women who are making a lasting impact in their communities and industries,” said Dr. Nikki Zeigler, founder of The Herpreneur Network International. “The HER Awards is not just about recognition; it’s about empowering women to continue leading, innovating, and inspiring the next generation.”

With over 400 business professionalism attendance, the event provides a unique platform for networking and collaboration. Vendors are invited to participate, offering a chance to showcase their businesses to a dynamic and influential audience.
