State Senator Greg Reed, R-Jasper, President Pro Tempore of the Alabama Senate, has been reelected to serve on the GOPAC Legislative Leaders Advisory Board for 2024.

“GOPAC is the Republican Party’s premier center for electing and educating a new generation of Republican leaders. It is a force in American politics and ensures a healthy roster of prepared and tested state leaders are ready to lead in their legislatures,” the organization stated.

“I am incredibly honored to be reelected to serve on the GOPAC Legislative Leaders Advisory Board,” said Senator Reed. “Ever since my first election to the State Senate in 2010, it has been my number one priority to make certain Alabama is the best place in our country to live, work, and raise a family. It is also incredibly important that we ensure Alabama is represented well and has a strong voice on the national stage when important issues are discussed. There needs to be more Alabama, not less, in America, and I am thrilled that we will continue to be able to tell our success stories to other leaders across the country.

“Members of our 2024 Legislative Leaders Advisory Board are essential in our efforts to educate and elect Republican leaders who are focused on making Americans’ lives easier, safer, and better,” said GOPAC Chairman David Avella.

Board members promote the ideas they are championing by addressing elected officials, candidates, and members at GOPAC events and via its digital program. Additionally, they nominate a promising state legislator for the Emerging Leaders Program and provide updates on key legislative and political developments. Membership is a one-year term.
