House District 10 qualifying begins today

The special election primary for the seat will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 12.

The Alabama Democratic Party qualifying for House District 10 begins today, October 3, 2023.  at 9 a.m. CDT.  

Individuals interested in running may submit a Declaration of Candidacy and pay the appropriate qualifying fees at the ADP Headquarters (501 Adams Avenue, Montgomery, AL 36104) or online at www.aldemocrats.org.  

Qualifying will close on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at 5 p.m. CST.

The Special Election Primary for the seat will be held on Tuesday, December 12, 2023. If a run-off election is needed, it will be held on Tuesday, January 9, 2024. The General Election will take place on March 26, 2024.
