From the Office of Lt. Governor Kay Ivey
Montgomery, AL - Lt. Governor Kay Ivey, Chairman of Mitt Romney's Campaign in Alabama released the following statement this afternoon:
"I applaud Sen. Santorum for running a fine race. His personal story of American exceptionalism was an inspiration to us all. Sen. Santorum not only articulates a strong commitment to conservative values, but he lives it every day. He and his family have worked very hard and helped focus attention on the serious threats to our nation. I look forward to seeing Sen. Santorum at the Republican Convention and on the campaign trail as Republicans join together to bring our country back to greatness."
